Memory upgrade special- $35 (Includes determining the type/size of memory chip needed and installation, does not include the memory chip itself, memory chips range in price from $20 - $100 depending on type and size.) The quickest and most cost-effective method for speeding up your PC is to increase your onboard memory. If you're running Windows XP you should have a minimum of 256MB of RAM but more realistically at least 512MB. If you're running Vista you would want at least 1 GB. You can check this by right clicking on "My Computer" and selecting "Properties". Your onboard memory is listed towards the bottom on the right hand side.
Spring Clean-up Special- $55 Clean outside/inside case, scan for and remove any Spyware, Adware or Viruses. Clean out the hard drive of temporary files that are no longer being used and defragment the drive to make it run the way it used to.
